Opening a spa business...any advice??

I have been thinking about opening a spa business that I would advertise, but would be more of either home calls, or in my home...does anyone have any advice about how to get started, or any sites that could help me??Opening a spa business...any advice??
Have you ever worked in a spa? You should never start a business that you have not already worked in as there is a lot to learn by working in that kind of business first. Are people allowed to operate in home spas in your city or state? People will go for a manicure run out of a home or a massage service, but I do not think they would go to a spa like that. If you do have experience, contact the small business administration for advice. The have retired executives who advise people who are starting a business.Opening a spa business...any advice??
