Writing a business plan can be overwhelming! Since you know the market well, you might do a search on amazon for books on business plans. There are many to choose from, plus you can see how other customers ranked and rated the books so you can be sure you aren't getting a stinker. Some even have samples for a variety of businesses.

On a side note, I know of a web design firm, www.tripleidesigns.com, that is offering great deals right now. So if you have yet to get a site, you might want to check them out. They do great work.

Hope that helps!
Look on the Small Business Administration's web site (www.sba.gov) for suggestions to follow. Better yet, visit a local Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where counseling is free. You'll have to write the business plan, but you'll likely get good support. Community colleges often have SBDCs, but Google for other local options.
